Half-do, Updo, or Ponytail- this versatile clip does it all. With the same clip body as the original Nova Clip, Nova Metal Clip is a highly functional and polished clip designed for on-the-go days without sacrificing style.
This clip looks good, and works well if using it on twisted hair/bun. I have thick, wavy hair, but it sinks down when I try a simple half-up/half-down, and sometimes the weight of it makes my neck hurt, although I'm probably more sensitive than most with that sort of thing. I've loved other products from Acrasia, but this clip is not as functional for me as I would have liked.

I have long and VERY thick hair. After my favorite (but still mediocre) claw clip broke again, I wasted about $20 in 2 days buying clips from CVS and Ulta only to have none of them fit my hair. I found Arcasia on a simple google search and at first the price seemed kinda high, but I realized I’d already spent that on crummy clips so if these were decent, it would be worth it. I don’t want to be dramatic but when I clipped my hair the first time I almost cried. I always have to redo my hair 10 times every day because it starts to fall out and the clips don’t hold. Today, I spent 3 hours driving, 4 hours at the beach, looked after my kids and have still not had to redo my clip. I am a loyal customer forever. If you have thick hair - seriously, do NOT waste your time or money on other clips. Just get these.
