PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
All orders are processed & shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F). Please note our shipping carrier, USPS, operates Monday-Saturday excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping times displayed at check-out are estimates only. Delays occured after being collected by the postal office is unfortunately out of control. If you feel that your package is taking longer to deliver, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at hello@shopacrasia.com. We're here to help!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to:
USA, Canada, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
Please note you may be responsible for any country-specific taxes and duties, charged by your government to the purchasing party for importing items. We are unfortunately unable to control these fees.
Due to the high costs of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for countries outside of the US.
DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipping within the United States will not incur any additional duties, taxes, or fees.

RETURNS POLICY
We are here to help with all return inquiries! Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are unhappy with your order.
For US orders, returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery. Once the returned item is received, a refund minus initial + return postage shipping fees will be credited to the original form of payment. After 30 days of delivery, all orders are final sale.
All items must be returned in their original state with no signs of wear.

If requests are sent prior to processing, we can add to your order or change color selections. Just shoot us an email here.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All orders are final. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before submitting an order.
RETURNED-TO-SENDER/REFUSED PACKAGES
Once parcels are marked as shipped, your local post office will be the best form of contact for questions or guidance regarding missing packages. We are only able to provide information on the package location based on the tracking number provided by the post office.
Return-to-sender or refused packages will be issued a refund minus initial & return shipping fees. To avoid this, please ensure your delivery information is up-to-date.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package has been scanned and deemed as lost by the post office, we will issue a re-shipment free of charge.
Unless you have opted into shipping protection, please contact your local post office for guidance on parcels marked as delivered by the post office but you believe to be missing/stolen. We are unable to offer refunds or reshipments for packages that have been marked as delivered by the post office (excluding those who purchased shipping insurance).
For customers who opted into shipping insurance, in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged parcel, we will issue you a replacement hassle-free. Available to select at your cart page.
