I am so in love with this gorgeous clip set! These are truly the perfect everyday clip and they go with everything. The quality is amazing and the durability is impeccable. They hold back my thick long hair so well, I can keep them in all day (this is coming from a busy mom!) I love the gorgeous scalloped detailing on the butterflies, and the opalescent coloring, the clip part provides a very supportive platform so the butterfly is the star of the show—besides you of course :) These would definitely make the perfect gift— just make sure you buy some for yourself, you won’t regret it! Third time ordering from Acrasia - I am never disappointed. Holds my hair up and is so, so cute :)
I have pretty long, heavy, slippery Asian hair. My hair usually begins to droop/sag with most claw clips but THIS one - the one with double springs - can hold it all up! It is very strong and reliable and it is SO cute. Mine is in meteor and it's gorgeous - I love the way it blends in with my black hair ^-^ I was honestly eyeing this for a while and I'm SO glad I get to have it <3
I was lucky to win a giveaway where I received a licorice single spring supernova clip but it is not as strong so I don't reach for it as much.
Nonetheless, these clips are very well made and I highly recommend them!
If you have extremely thick coarse hair these are a must I own 5 colors now. They are the best I tell everyone to buy them. The two spring is a game changer, I’m a nurse and work 12 hr shifts and my hair stays put.
The Hypernova is the first clip I found that is strong enough to hold all my hair. My hair is very thick, wavy, heavy, and has been long enough for me to sit on it. A tall order for a claw clip, and the hypernova absolutely delivered. The two spring option provides a firm hold, even at the gym, while the one spring is a bit looser, but fine for more sedentary activities. Acrasia is also really generous with little surprise gifts packed in with orders. 💕
