This clip is huge but not too huge to where it’s like “what is on her head?” it’s the perfect size especially for ppl with thick long hair , they have so many cute colors. will def be purchasing again especially with the eco friendly benefits the clip has, love love love it!

I was skeptical about this clip but it does just as well of a job as the Hypernova in holding up my butt length, thick hair -- it might even be a little bit more sturdy too with it being made of metal, even without the double springs and it being somewhat smaller -- it requires a bit more manipulating to get it to go around the whole mass of hair, but once it's in it doesn't budge at all. The open design doesn't make it look as weighty as other clips too. It's a bit harsher on my scalp due to the metal teeth, but once it's in correctly you don't feel that at all.
It holds up my butt-length, thick and straight hair fully on its own -- the width of the clip when opened and the double springs really help. Not a lot of clips can do this so I'm quite impressed.
